AACDC provides its members with in-depth leadership training; through on-site and web-based seminars. Trainings are designed to help existing leaders gain insight into their roles and provide emerging new leaders with techniques that help cultivate early success.

The Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) is a United States federal law designed to encourage commercial banks and savings associations to help meet the needs of borrowers in all sectors, including wealth neighborhoods.

The AACDC operates as a connector for investors and corporations to discover viable opportunities for development within Alabama’s low wealth neighborhoods. We translate high-level data and regulations to meet the needs of community leaders while dissolving cultural barriers between the corporate and grassroots sectors.
